3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We respectfully request a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. This allows us to allocate our resources appropriately and serve other customers in a timely manner.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated to you at or before the time of booking. We reserve the right to apply such fees at our discretion and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate we provide is prepared in good faith based on the information available to us at the time it is given. Final pricing for services rendered may differ from an initial estimate if, upon arrival or during the course of work, site conditions, scope, or material requirements are found to vary materially from those originally described or anticipated.
In the event that circumstances require a change to the estimated price, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional or modified work. Your authorization to continue under revised pricing will be obtained prior to incurring those additional costs.
5. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not practicable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision.
6. Scope of Services
We offer professional home services to customers in Long Beach, CA and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to scheduling availability and our professional assessment of the work requested. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our capabilities or service area.
Please be aware that certain service requests coordinated through contractorlongbeachca.com may be carried out by licensed independent contractors or partner professionals working in association with us. In such cases, we facilitate the coordination of qualified service providers on your behalf, and the individual performing the work may not be a direct employee of Sawyer Remodel Long Beach.
